Step-by-Step Return Instructions

1. Check Delivery Date: Verify that you are within 60 days of the carrier delivery date of your package.
2. Email Customer Support: Send a brief message to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Order Number]".
3. Receive RMA Authorization: Our support desk will provide your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and packing slip instructions within 24 hours.
4. Ship Package to Depository: Mail your bottles (full, partially used, or empty) to our return warehouse:
